Western Carolina University Bookstore is a central hub for student academic success by providing all the textbooks and class supplies you could need right on campus! The CatCard Office is a part of the Division of Student Affairs and is located in Brown Hall. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. A CatCard is the official Western Carolina University identification card available to all student, faculty or staff. CAPS' staff provide counseling services to WCU students. When you first come into CAPS, a counselor will spend some time to understand your current symptoms and struggles along with your goals for counseling. Your counselor will then refer you to the appropriate service.
