Who is a Non-Degree Student?

Helping ensure that you are on the correct path helps ensure that you find the best information.

You are a non-degree student if you wish to enroll at WCU to take undergraduate courses but you are not actively pursuing an undergraduate degree at WCU. Different types of non-degree students include:

High School Dual Enrollment
You wish to enroll in WCU undergraduate coursework while still enrolled in high school.

Teacher Certification
You already have an undergraduate degree and you do not plan to complete an undergraduate degree at WCU, but you wish to work toward teacher certification requirements.

Transient (Visiting)
Currently, you are a student in good standing at another college or university, but you wish to enroll at WCU for one term with the intent of transferring the WCU credits back to your home institution.
